August 3rd-7th

The National American Legion Baseball Tournament starts with 4,000 teams from eight regions across the US.  From there the state champions advance to a regional tournament.

8 teams from 6 Midwestern states will be competing in the Great Lakes Regional Tournament, Wednesday, August 3rd – Sunday, August 7th, at SIUE Simmons Sports Complex in Edwardsville, IL.

It is a double elimination format event, with the winner advancing as one of the eight final teams competing in the American Legion World Series, in Shelby, NC.

	4pm	Opening Ceremonies of Tourney Evening Double Header Starts
THURSDAY	10am	First Session Double Header
	4pm	Second Session Double Header
FRIDAY	10am	Game Play Starts with a Double Header
	4pm	First Game of Double Header
	7pm	Bank of Edwardsville Family Night Activities
SATURDAY	4pm	1 Session Double Header & Scott Credit Union Kids Day
SUNDAY	4pm	Championship
	7pm	Second Game (if needed)
