4:30-5:30 pm Beginner's Yoga

This class offers an introduction to Hatha yoga. You’ll learn the principles of breathwork and its integral connection to yoga postures, relaxation techniques, foundational poses and some core yoga philosophy.

This class is for those with little to no experience. Safety and alignment are emphasized during this slower paced class given with detailed instructions.
