BETHALTO — May 13, 2016 — St. Louis Regional Airport is set to host the 10^th Annual Bethalto Fireworks Celebration on Sunday, June 26th. 

Cornerstone Church of Bethalto began the family-friendly event in 2007 as a gift to the local community and has continued to stage the celebration each year. The event will open at 5 p.m. and will include bouncers, games, food, horse rides, and entertainment. The fireworks, provided by ARC Pyrotechnics, will serve as the grand finale starting at approximately 9:15 p.m.

The activities and entertainment are free. This year’s entertainment will include the Roots in Blue Air Force Band and Slow Down Scarlett. There will be a change in the food year this year, as several food trucks, including Tastebudz Express, StLouisianaQ, Sia's Italian Ice, Taco Truck St. Louis, and The Sweet Divine, will be on the grounds offering amazing food for sale. Because the celebration is a family-friendly event, guests are asked that no alcohol or coolers be brought onto the airport grounds.
