Experience the Mississippi River like never before!  The Mississippi River Water Trail Association and the St. Louis Canoe and Kayak club invite you to Paddle Festival on Saturday, May 21^st 2016.  Join trained ACA members and US Army Corps of Engineers Park Rangers at Ellis Bay in Riverlands Migratory Bird Sanctuary in West Alton, MO, and Get Your Paddle On.  Canoes, kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, paddles, and life jackets will be available for use from 11 AM to 4 PM.  Paddlers will enjoy the calm lake-like waters and receive paddling tips from experienced paddlers.  Admission for this event is $5 per person and includes use of all equipment.  Paddlers of all experience and all ages are welcome.  Paddlers should dress for the occasion and the weather.  This event is family-friendly.
