Spiderman has climbed to the top of the Confluence Tower and is ready to greet his fans during the Tower's Halloween Festival. Kids, dress up in your best Trick or Treat costume and come meet Spiderman, have your face painted or just enjoy some great Halloween treats. This event is free although admission to the Spiderman Meet and Greet is 50 percent off for children. Regular rates apply for adults.
