Pound Fitness

Pound Fitness is a Rockout workout like no other!  A fusion of Pilates, isometric strength training and specially designed weighted drumsticks, you will sweat, burn and smile the entire class!  This is only a 30 minute class and may be done in sneakers or barefoot.  No regular socks without shoes, please.  You will slip.  Space is limited so pre-registration is encouraged.  $5/class or free with membership.
