4th Annual Harvest Dinner presented by Mustard Seed Peace Project

Save the Date for our 4th annual Harvest Dinner !!

This is going to be a great family friendly evening :) So plan on bringing the parents, kids, friends and in-laws and enjoy a amazing family style meal while everyone enjoys all that TNI has to offer.

There will be live music by Waters Trifecta

Starting at 3:30- kids activity by the Piasa Palisades Sierra Club, a harvest coloring station,fossil dig, hiking, mud kitchen
and a observation bee hive to check out .

5:00pm- a presentation of the Mayan culture from our Guatemalan guest Ruben Dario Gomez Gonzalez

Dinner will be prepared by Chefs Aaron Whalen and David Cranmer.

First Course:
Oak roasted wild mushroom and goat cheese flat bread with basil infused balsamic reduction.

Second Course:
Mixed field greens accompanied by apples, walnuts, cucumber, crispy pancetta and port wine vinaigrette

Third Course:
Chilled end of season tomato gazpacho with red chile crème fraiche

Main Course:
Herb crusted pork loin, creamy cheddar grits, bacon braised Swiss chard and natural au jus.

Desserts prepared by the MSPP board members. This year we are adding s'mores to roast around the fire !!
