Join Erin Ahlfield, RYT, at Zen & Teas Yoga Studio in Godfrey, IL on Saturday, July 25th, 12:30-2:30pm. All persons are invited to join us for the fun! Only $20 per person, all materials will be provided and extra yoga mats are available for those who do not have their own.
