Hatha Flow Yoga

This session is an open-level upbeat session filled with willing movement of both the breath and the body to help the flow of energy through the entire body. You will flow through sequences as you breathe through various postures, only a few postures will be held for a lengthy amount of time. Each session will be different than the next, uniquely made each day in preparation for the students.
