Want an upbeat cardio and endurance session where you don’t have to wear your shoes to burn those calories? This is your session! These sessions will be filled with music, strength training, and rejuvenating stretches and exercise. You’ll be sure to melt away some of those excess calories while connecting your mind and body with your breath work.
