Yin Yoga & Tibetan Singing Bowls

Join Erin in this restorative Yin Yoga session featuring Katie Roach and her Tibetan Singing Bowls. We will be deepening ourselves into various asanas (postures), practicing deep breathing techniques, and enjoying the singing bowls during meditation and relaxation. 
When: Saturday, May 16th, from 11:00am to 12:00pm

Yin Yoga Benefits:
Deepening yourself into Yin Yoga creates the ability to calm and balance to the mind and body, regulate energy in the body, lower of stress levels, and improve stamina and flexibility.

Tibetan Singing Bowls Benefits:
The vibrations can produce beneficial changes within the body by reducing stress and balancing the body's energy system. Some also claim that Tibetan singing bowls can stimulate the immune system and produce beneficial changes in brain waves.
