This day-long seminar will help project managers develop the hands-on skills to properly deal with human resource issues in the workplace. Participants will get an overview of HR legal issues, and practice skills such as developing interview questions, conducting interviews, providing performance feedback and coaching employees to project success. This seminar is hands-on and skill-focused, so come prepared to be an active participant.
