Free Presentation Offered on Chiropractic Health

Local Chiropractor Will Discuss Health Benefits at Senior Services Plus

On Monday, October 27th at 9:00am, Dr. Paul Hoover will speak at Senior Services Plus on the benefits of good chiropractic health. This presentation is part of the free monthly fitness seminars offered through Senior Services Plus' Wellness Center.

The presentation will cover how chiropractor visits will help individuals alleviate pain in the back and in other parts of the body. The presentation will also encourage attendees to learn stretching exercises. Many of these stretches are similar to the stretches used in Senior Services Plus' Bad Back Club, which is instructed by Dr. Hoover on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 6:00am-6:30am.
