Put on your Halloween best and bring the family out to the Confluence Tower for a fun-filled, family-friendly event. Take a flashlight tour of the Tower after dark, enjoy a scavenger hunt, and bob for apples. All children attending will receive Halloween treats! This event is free and open to the public.
