Hit the trails with our Hikiing Club Leader/Wellness Center Manager every 2nd Friday of the month for an adventure into nature! Hiking difficulty levels will vary from date to date (Easy = 1-2 miles with easy terrain and little elevation gain, Moderate = 2-4 miles with moderate terrain and some elevation change, Hard =  4 or more miles OR varying terrain). Cost to participate is just $12. Those who are interested must pre-register by calling 618-465-3298 Ext. 109 to sign-up. Transportation to hike is not provided.
