What would be better than a day trip to Grafton in the spring with your besties or your partner?! Adding some baby goat yoga at a winery there, of course! Come over to Grafton Winery - The Vineyards and do some yoga (or not) while you sip wine, Bloody Marys or mimosas while snuggling goats! Come for the goats, and nama-stay for the everything Grafton has to offer!

What is Goats + Yoga like?

When you come to The Grafton Winery Vineyards, come on in to the main bar and check in. (There will be signs directing you!) You'll sign your waiver and get your wristband then it's time to grab a drink. After you get your wine or cocktail (if you're over 21) or your mocktail, you'll set up your mats or beach towels and get to meet the goats. Yep, you can bring your drinks into the yoga area! You will be given cups of goat treats to help persuade the goats to come to you. There will be some who will be on top of you, and some who'd rather watch you from afar or just eat out of your hand.

You can be as involved (or not) as you'd like. We can also strategically place the right goats on top of you for just the right photos! (Yep - we realize you aren't here for the yoga. We'll make sure you can fill up your insta with the best pics ever!)

Some people just like to sit and hang with the goats, and some love to do full-on yoga. Either way, this class is just for you. This class is VERY informal! You are welcome to bring your yoga mat, or a beach towel will be just fine, too. (If you have a nice mat, we recommend just bringing a beach towel.) If you are no longer able to attend, you may transfer your ticket to a friend.
