Do you envy those people who show off with those 13.1 and 26.2 stickers on their car? Well it’s time to show them who the real boss is and take on the .5 race. Yes, you heard that right, a 0.5K - The Underachiever's Race!!!
This event takes you across 0.31 miles - 1,640 feet - 19,685 inches. It's unlike any other “run” out there.
Where: Belk Park
When: Saturday, April 13 beginning at 8:30am
Cost: $35 between March 14-April 12, $40 day of event. $5 discount for kids ages 5-17. $10 discount for all Cancer Survivors. Kids under 5 Free (but please still register them).

About The Race:
The 0.5k - The Underachiever's Race will start off with some music and a piece of breakfast pizza. This is where you can carb load for your "big race" Don't worry, we will keep you hydrated along the way with a water station and juice station. Fear your sugar intake might be dropping while racing? We have that covered too. We will have candy along the route at our candy stations.
Upon finishing this clearly physically and mentally taxing 0.5k, you'll celebrate crossing the finish line with - what else but your very own Mimosa or Bloody Mary (21+ must present ID at check-in for a wristband). Don't worry, we will have juice for the kids and of course more donuts and CHOCOLATE and you’re very own .5K sticker to proudly show everyone you took on this challenge and completed it. Oh and some victory music too at the finish line!
