Caramel Corn

• 6 cups popcorn popped
• 4 tablespoons butter
• 2 tablespoons corn syrup
• 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
• 1/4 teaspoon salt

Melt butter in saucepan and add corn syrup, brown sugar and salt. Once it boils, keep it at a slow boil for 5 more minutes. On large sheetpan, drizzle the syrup over the popcorn. Toss to coat.

Bake at 350 for 10 minutes. Stir and bake 5 more mintes. Immediately remove from pan onto waxpaper and break apart. Will cool and harden quickly.

About this Recipe:
This is a great fall favorite. You can substitute margarine.
