Serves 2



  • 2 whole wheat flour tortillas

  • 3 eggs, scrambled

  • pico de gallo

  • sour cream

  • shredded cheddar cheese

  • guacamole

  • salsa

Directions:
  1. Place half of eggs in center of tortilla. Top with desired toppings.
  2. Fold ends in and roll up. Serve immediately with additional salsa, if desired.
