Approx. 25 Jalapeno Peppers
2 lb. Pork Sausage
1 pkg. Colby Jack Cheese
1 pkg. Shake-n-Bake for Pork
Cut stem off of peppers and clean out the seeds(wear gloves) Stuff with cheese Wrap pepper with sausage into a ball Roll in shake-n-bake to coat Bake @ 350 for 45 min. turning once
About this Recipe:
It's a great recipe for Super Bowl Sunday have a cool drink ready because they are hot!!! Best to use about 3" pepper so they are all about the same size and don't take a lot of sausage to cover. You can cut into one to check for doneness.
