2 Pears cut in 1/2 &; cored
4T Gorgonzola Dolce
Mix Gorgonzola, cream &; pecans, set aside.
Brush pear with oil, grill 8-10 minutes on cut side until 1/2 cooked.
Turn over &; continue grilling.
Fill hollow from core with cheese mix.
Cook until pear pierces easily.
