1/2 Quart Water
2T Brown Sugar
1/4t Red Pepper Flakes
1/2 Small Onion
1/2 Bottle of Beer
4 Pork Steaks about 12oz. Each.
1lb Brown Sugar
2T Worchestershire Sauce
Boil brine ingredients 10-15 minutes, add 1/2 bottle of beer. ; Cool &; add pork steaks, let set 3-4 hours.
Grill Pork Steaks over medium heat 10-15 minutes each side until 160º; through. Let rest 10 minutes before serving.
Mix glaze ingredients in a sauce pan. ; Cook over medium heat until reduced by 1/3.
