Master Method Pasta (see fresh pasta recipe)
1 c. Broccoli Florets
1/4 c. Olive Oil
4 Cloves Garlic thinly sliced
3 Roma Tomatoes, seeded &; diced
1 T. Basil Leaf, cut into strips
2 T. Crumbled Feta
Black Pepper to taste
Prepare pasta according to master method and cut into thin strips (1/16”;)Set aside.
Bring 3 quarts of salted water to a boil. Place broccoli florets in the water & cook 5 minutes.
Meanwhile heat olive oil on medium, add garlic &; cook quickly. Add tomatoes & toss.
Add pasta to boiling water & cook 1-1/2 to 2 minutes. Remove pasta and broccoli, put in skillet &; toss. Put on serving plate &; top with basil, feta & pepper.
Serves 2 as an entrée &; 4-6 as a side dish.
