Tina K. Baker

Born Monday May the 9th  1966  in Jerseyville Illinois

  God called home an angel on  Decenber 11th at 1:30 p.m.

After a courageous and long fought battle with cancer where God carried her many times through the sands. Her grace and dignity along with her fighting attitude were admired by many.

She Married Craig Baker on 1/5/1995 in Jerseyville Illinois

He  survives with John Baker  their son at home  and Kendra Sibley her daughter and  husband Josh Sibley of Jerseyville and two grandchildren she adored  David and Dominic. She is survived by her Sister Carolyn  and Husband Terry Short from Otterville Illinois ,Brother Morris and Robin Booth of Fidelity Illinois and Sister Elizabeth (Liz)and Leon Atterberry from Elsah Illinois and numerous neicies ,nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins along with  her beloved dog Sarge.

She was active in her church at Jerseyville Church Of The Nazarene for many years as Sunday school teacher, secretary and steward. She loved God with all her heart.

She worked at Beverly Farm For over 20 Years caring  and  giving  until the cancer stopped her work there. She continued for many years being an inspiration to all who knew her. She always showed more concern for others than herself.

Tina had such great admiration and love for the outstanding doctors who cared for her

A special thank you to all the wonderful workers at Willow Rose for taking such awesome care of Tina during her stay.

She was preceeded in death by Her parents Edward J Booth and Marjorie C. Booth

I Lieu of flowers the family has requested donations be made to help with funeral and medical expenses.

Visitation: 2-6 p.m.  Sunday, December 15, 2013 at The Church of the Nazarene at 285 Maple Summit Road in Jerseyville.

Funeral: 10:00 a.m. Monday, December 16, 2013 at the The Church of the Nazarene in Jerseyville

Officiating: Rev Doug Haynes and Rev. Matthew Vangilder

Burial: Newbern Cemetery
