Sharon Kaye Leonard, 73, passed away3:10 a.m. Monday, October 5, 2015 at Alton Memorial Hospital.
Born in Alton on June 3, 1942, she was the daughter of Boyd B. and Christina (Gillespie) Duncan.
Sharon worked in the Human Relations Division for Monsanto Corporation and most recently for Aerotech. She enjoyed traveling and spending time with her family.
On January 7, 1962, she married Darrell Leonard. He died April 20, 1964.
Surviving are a daughter, Abbe Terry of East Alton; two grandchildre, Kaitlin Terry and Cody Terry; two brothers, Chris (Kathy) Duncan of Bunker Hill, Dave (Diane) Duncan of Los Angeles, CA; sister, Kari L. (Gary) Parker of Kampsville; and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be from 4 p.m. until time of service at 7 p.m. Wednesday at Marks Mortuary in Wood River.
