Sally Kassing

Sally Ruth Kassing, 88, of Jerseyville, died at 9:12 p.m., Thursday, January 7, 2016 at JerseyvilleManor Nursing Home. She was born in Winona, Missouri on Sept. 5, 1927, and was the daughter of the late Luther & Angeline (Campbell) Huett.Surviving are several nieces and nephews.She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Earl Kassing; an infant daughter, four brothers, Ted Huett, Glen Huett, Lowell "Chick" Huett and Lynn Huett; six sister, Virginia Huett, MazelChronister, Lena Huett, Hattie Albert, Grace Vines and Anna Gresham.Visitation will be from 4 to 6 p.m. Friday at the Crawford Funeral Home in Jerseyville.Funeral services will be conducted at 10 a.m., Saturday at the Gospel Assembly Church in Jerseyville.  Rev. Clyde Shaw will officiate.Burial will be in the Hardin Cemetery.Memorials may be given to the Gospel Assembly Church in Jerseyville.
