Robert W. Bland Jr., 55, died at 11:10 a.m. on Friday, April 10, 2015 at his residence.
He was born November 5, 1959 in Alton the son of the late Robert W. Bland Sr. and the late Ruth (Ziegler) McDaniel. He was a U.S. Army Veteran and a fork lift operator with Proctor and Gamble in Edwardsville, IL. On December 22, 2004 in East Alton he married Kelli Wolf and she survives. Also surviving are three sons; Jason Wolf (Lisa) of Godfrey, Bobby Bland III of Trenton, MO and Randy Bland (Kim) of East Alton, four grandchildren; Dylan Wolf, Randa Bland, Owen Bland and Shaina Wolf, two brothers; Darrell Bland of Jerseyville and Victor Urbonas of Alton and one sister, Donna Bland (Zina) of Alton, his mother in law, Eunice Wolf of Godfrey and his step father, William McDaniel of Alton. He was preceded in death by his father in law, Otis Wolf.
Private graveside services will be at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, April 21, 2015 at Valhalla Memorial Park in Godfrey, IL.
