Robert L. Canham, 83, died at 10:35 a.m. on Thursday, December 11, 2014 at Eunice Smith Home in Alton. He was born July 20, 1931 in Roxana, IL the son of the late Sam S. and Nellie (Brown) Canham. He served in the U.S. Army for 8 years including the Korean Conflict. He traveled all over the world as a senior analysts with I.T.T. Corp. out of St. Louis, MO and retired in 1991.
He is survived by two cousins; Dolores Canham of South Roxana and Carolyn Harker of Stanford, Conn.
Graveside services will be at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, December 18, 2014 at Valhalla Memorial Park in Godfrey with Reverend Ben Weaver to officiate.
Gent Funeral Home in Alton is in charge of arrangements.
