Patricia “Pat” J. Renault, age 84, passed away on Wednesday, January 1, 2014 at her residence.
She was born September 12, 1929 in Alton, IL, the daughter of the late Frank & Ruth (Richman) Sutton.
Pat was employed at Altonized Federal Credit Union as a Bookkeeper for 19 years retiring in 1995. She donated a lot of her time for the Friends of the Library in Alton. She enjoyed golfing and going to the boat.
She is survived by two sons and a daughter-in-law, David & Kay Renault of Massachusetts and Rodger Renault of Alton; one granddaughter, Tracy K. Renault of Massachusetts; two nieces, Genece Hamby and Patricia Frederick; one nephew, Gary Hamby and several family and friends.
In celebration of her life, visitation will be from 4 to 7 pm on Wednesday, January 8, 2014 at Staten-Fine Funeral Home in Alton.
Burial will be at a later date at Upper Alton Cemetery.
