Nancy Campbell

  Nancy J. Campbell, 73, passed away at 5:40 a.m. Wednesday, January 2, 2013 at St. Anthony’s Hospital.

  Born June 13, 1939 in Alton, she was the daughter of Douglas Monroe Campbell and Antoinette Bosco.

  She was a waitress for Whiskey Pete’s in Las Vegas, where she lived for many years.  She was a member of the Wood River Moose Lodge.

  Survivors include a daughter, Frankie (John) Stogsdill of Springfield, Mo.; two sons, Chad (Barbie) Tyler of Rosewood Heights and Wade Tyler of St. Ann, Mo.; 10 grandchildren, D.J., Derek, Dylan, Delaney, Casey, Caleb, Courtney, Ericca, Anna and McKenzie; 4 great grandchildren, Brittany, Alyssa, Avery, and Bella; 2 great-great grandchildren, Ty and Brooke; a sister, Darlene (Greg) Tolle of Brighton; a brother, Kevin (Laura) Fuller of Bunker Hill; her stepfather, Sonny Fuller of Alton.  The family would also like to thank Nancy’s best friend, Jill Tyler of East Alton, whom she considered her daughter and Gary Paulding for his love and friendship.

   She was preceded in death by her parents; a brother and 3 sisters.

  Cremation was entrusted to Paynic Home for Funerals in Rosewood Heights. 

  The family will hold a memorial service at 1 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 19 at the Wood River Moose Lodge.

  Memorial donations may be given to the Wood River Moose Lodge #1349.
