Michael Keith Eversole, 59, passed away at 1:06 pm, Thursday, January 9, 2014 at his residence.
He was born in Alton, IL on June 2, 1954, the son of the late John and Ruth (Bond) Eversole.
He was Chief Engineer for the Barge Industry. He enjoyed carpentry and building things. He was an avid St. Louis Cardinals and Rams fan and enjoyed traveling.
He is survived by one daughter, Carla (Ryan) Dugger of Bethalto, one son, Kenneth Michael Eversole of Alton; one granddaughter, Isabella Dugger; one sister, Carla (Robert “Buck”) Bridwell of Paris, IL; and one brother, Mark Eversole of St. Petersburg, FL.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Visitation will be from 4 pm until time of memorial service at 6 pm on Thursday, January 16, 2014 at Elias, Kallal, and Schaaf Funeral Home in Godfrey.
Per his wishes, cremation rites will be accorded.
Memorials may be made to a Charity of One’s Choice.
