John Berghoff

John Ronald Berghoff, 65, died at 9:43 a.m. Friday, December 20, 2013 at St. John’s Hospital in Springfield, IL. Born June 28, 1948, he was the son of the late Oliver J. and Shirley C. (McConnell) Berghoff. He served in the U.S. Navy and worked for the Olin Corporation. Surviving is a brother, David Berghoff (Jean) of Phoenix, AZ. Visitation will be from 11:00 a.m. until time of funeral service at 1:00 p.m. Sunday, December 29, 0213 at Gent Funeral Home in Alton with Monsignor Kenneth C. Steffen officiating.
