The Lord called Jessica Danielle Romain, 20, to her eternal home on Sunday, July 21, 2013, in Tahlequah, OK.
Jessica was born on November 12th, 1992 in St. Charles, MO. She grew up in Keys, OK raised by her parents Charles and Mona (Perez) Romain. She was a member of the Keys High School graduating class of 2011. Jessica was immensely talented and worked in photography, and composing poetry. She loved living in the country and often found herself walking the woodlands, surrounded by nature. She was a strong willed person who had a strong demeanor and enjoyed discussing anything that required an opinion. Jessica loved to skateboard and listened to music ranging from rap and rock to Celtic and classical. She was a loving daughter, granddaughter, sister and friend. She was planning on entering college and studying to be a writer. A Christian by faith, Jessica was baptized at the First Lutheran Church of Talehquah, OK. She will be greatly missed for her smile, warmth and all the love she gave to those around her.
Those left to cherish her memory include her parents, Charles and Mona Romain of Park Hill, OK, one son, River Judah Kreilaus of Mississippi, brothers and sisters, Brian Romain of Welling, OK, Kaylee Romain of Welling, OK, Scott Romain and wife Barb of Alton, IL, Victoria Brown and husband Richard of Alton, IL, and Roxanna Hart and husband Keith of Portage, IN and her birth mother, Norma Romain of Welling, OK. She leaves many nephews, nieces, cousins and a host of friends and loved ones.
She was preceded in death by her father; Yurl Allen Romain in 2006.
In celebration of her life, a Gathering of Family and Friends will be held at 1:00p.m. on Friday, August 2, 2013 at Rose Lawn Memory Gardens Chapel in Bethalto, IL.
