Heidi Lynn Clark, 19, passed away at 11:50 am Tuesday, December 9, 2014 at St. John’s Hospital in Springfield, IL. 

She was born on November 12, 1995 in Wood River, Illinois, the daughter of Gary L. Clark and Candy Johnson.

In addition to her parents, she is survived by her siblings, Jason Clark of Alton, Ashley Clark, Dori Clark, Gary Clark and Buddy Johnson all of Bethalto and a niece Nicole Sherwood of Bethalto.

Visitation will be from 1 to 5 pm Sunday, December 14, 2014 at Elias, Kallal & Schaaf Funeral Home in Bethalto.

Memorials may be made to the funeral home for funeral expenses.
