Harold Wayne Lafferty, 76, of Brighton, IL, died at 3:10 a.m. Tues. Dec. 30, 2014 at his home surrounded by his family.
He was born Feb. 22, 1938 in Brighton to the late Harry & Nellie (Brown) Lafferty.
He was a U.S. Army veteran and retired from Olin after 32 years of service.
Survivors include: 2 daughters, Toni & Kevin Link and Angie Lafferty, 5 grandchildren, Brad Crane, Matt & Amanda Crane and Lindsie, Mitchell & Mya, 7 great-grandchildren and a brother, Bill Lafferty.
Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Bobbie (Allsman) Lafferty, a granddaughter, Leslie Jo Elizabeth, a sister, May and 2 brothers, Jim and Charles.
Services are private.
Memorials may be made to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation in honor of his great-granddaughter, Mariah Sue Edwards of Medora, IL.
