“Crazy” Dave C. Landwehr, age 55, passed away at 8:40 a.m. on Friday, May 4, 2012 at his residence.
He was born in St, Charles, MO, on October 21, 1956 to the late Carl and Evelyn (Banker) Landwehr.
He was a deck hand for Barge Industrial for twenty-five years. He served his country in
the US Army. Crazy Dave enjoyed life to the fullest.
He is survived by a daughter Evelyn “Dawn” Clark and her husband Roger Clark of Johnstown, OH, two sisters Sandra Kay and husband John Lough of Webster Grove, MO, Janet Ann Landwehr of St. Charles, MO, five grandchildren Zachary Landwehr, Mikayla Weber, Shelby Clark, Ariah Clark and Allen Clark.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Per Dave’s wishes cremation rites were accorded. A Celebration of Life will be held Sunday May 6, 2012 at Kopp’s Korner, 838 E 7th St., Alton, IL.
Memorials may be directed to the American Cancer Society.
