Carolyn Joyce Littleton, 82, passed away at 11:20 p.m. Friday, April 25, 2014 at Willow Rose Rehab & Health Care in Jerseyville.
Born Oct. 23, 1931 in Bartlett, Tenn., she was a daughter of Marvin Littleton, Sr. and Ruth (Milligan) Littleton.
She was a cook at Sunshine Café and Nita’s Café, and owner of Lucky Chance Restaurant.
Survivors include two daughters, Starla Sneed and Susan Stamm, both of East Alton; a son, David McKee (Steven Murray) of St. Louis; 10 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren; two sisters, Sue Bertels of Bethalto and Patricia Gilbert of Luray, Va.; and two brothers, Marvin Littleton, Jr. of East Alton and Michael Littleton of Godfrey.
She was preceded in death by her parents; a son, Kevin Robinson; and 2 brothers, Jackie and Joe Littleton.
Visitation will be Friday, May 2 at Wanda United Methodist Church from 10 a.m. until memorial services begin at 11 a.m. Pastor Gerald Savage will officiate.
Inurnment will follow at Wanda Cemetery in South Roxana.
