Betty L. Sauls, 85, passed away 1:26 p.m. Saturday, April 25, 2015 at Rosewood Care Center of Alton.
Born on October 26, 1929 in Carrier Mills, she was the daughter of Charles C. and Nellie May (Stone) Kuppart.
On May 11, 1950 in Harrisburg, she married Joseph "Joe" Sauls. He died February 23, 1991.
Surviving are a daughter, Pam Myers of Rosewood Heights; four grandchildren; nine great grandchildren; daughter-in-law, Gail Sauls of Bunker Hill; and two sisters, Elsie Porter of Eldorado and Phyllis Bristow of Indianapolis, IN.
Preceding her in death were her parents; husband; son, Kevin Sauls; six brothers, Earl, Elmo, Carl, Charles, Orville and Edward Kuppart; and a sister, Mary Ellen Kuppart.
Visitation will be from 4-7 p.m. Tuesday at Marks Mortuary in Wood River where services will be conducted at 10 a.m. Wednesday. Rev. David Carpenter will officiate.
Burial will follow in Valhalla Memorial Park in Godfrey.
