Monroe Nevaeh’ Lyons was born prematurely Thursday, May 22, 2014, at SSM St. Mary’s Health Center in St Louis.She is the daughter of Kayla Lyons of S. Roxana, and her step-father, Marcus Watson of Alton.In addition to her mother and step-father, she is survived by a step-sister, Ashlynn Watson of  Alton; a grandmother, Kimberly Lyons of S. Roxana; a great-grandmother and grandfather, James and Sharon “Kay” Bock of Alton; great-great-grandparents, James and Diane Bock of Godfrey; step-grandparents, Brian and Candace Caruthers of TN; her aunts and uncles, Whitney Ewing, Sara and Bill Horn, Corey Lyons, Justin Ewing, Austin Ewing, Christina Everett, Lexa Kauffman, and Summer Ewing; two great-aunts, Delilah and Ray Weber of S. Roxana, and Chasity Faul of Carrollton; and a great-uncle, Jason and Stacy Lyons of Bethalto.She is preceded in death by a great-grandmother and grandfather, David and Susan Lyons; a great-great-grandmother, Violet Dallas; a great-grandmother, Helen Gray; and a grandfather, Vance Ewing.A visitation will be held Tuesday, May 27, 2014 from 2 to 5:00 pm, at Elias, Kallal and Schaaf Funeral Home in Alton.
