Imogene Billings, beloved wife of 68 years to Earl R. Billings, Jr., passed from this earth May 19, 2014. The daughter of William Z. Ennis and Viola Thompson Burger, she is survived by her husband, one son and daughter-in-law, a daughter and son-in-law, a brother and sister-in-law, and a sister. Also surviving are 11 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren, 1 great- great grand-daughter, and numerous loved and loving nieces, nephews and cousins. She was preceded in death by a son. She will be laid to rest in the family plot in Amsterdam, New York, beside her father-in-law, Earl R. Billings Sr. who loved her as a daughter and whom she loved dearly. A memorial service is pending at the Church of Christ in Brighton.
