Michael Drainer

Michael D. Drainer, 54, died at 10:22 a.m. Friday, December 27, 2013 at his home.  Born November 16, 1959 in Alton, he was the son of Paul E. Drainer Sr. of Alton and the late Irene A. (Achenbach) Drainer.  He served in the U.S. Army and was a member of the Bethel Pentecostal Church.  Along with his father he is survived by a son, Chris, two brothers, Jon Drainer and Paul E. Drainer Jr., and three sisters, Gay Whaley, Dawn Drainer, and Patricia Martin.  A memorial service will be held at a later date.  Burial will be at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery in St. Louis, MO.
