Jeannette Greene, 91, died at 6:50 a.m. on Saturday, August 3, 2013 at Warrenton Manor in Warrenton, MO. She was born October 29, 1921 in Bethel, MO the daughter of Eugene A. and Rosanna (Seeber) Bair. She was a retired bookkeeper and a member of Elm Street Presbyterian Church in Alton. On February 28, 1942 in Ferguson, MO she married Joseph Greene and preceded her in death on April 28, 1996.
She is survived by three nephews and two nieces and numerous great nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by one brother; Lisle Bair and two sisters; Dorothy Ewen and Inez Kaiser.
Visitation will be from 9:00 a.m. until time of service at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, August 6, 2013 at GENT Funeral Home in Alton.
Burial will be at Rose Lawn Memory Gardens in Bethalto.
Memorials may be made to Alzheimer’s Association or Elm Street Presbyterian Church.
