Flora Jean Knight, 65, passed away at 6:25 am, Tuesday, May 28, 2013 at Alton Memorial Hospital.
She was born in Alton, IL on April 11, 1948, the daughter of the late Curtis and Mary (Pace) Knight.
Flora worked at Tony’s Restaurant in Alton, IL.
She is survived by one daughter and her spouse, Rebecca and Nathan Sasek of Bethalto; two grandchildren, Shelby and Charlie Sasek; three sisters, Lois Knight of Alton, Diane Robinson of Bethalto and Cheryl Graziana of Godfrey; three brothers and their spouses, James and Linda Knight of Bay City, MI, Sam and Donna Knight of Dorsey, Dean and Vicki Knight of Elsberry, MO; and one brother in law, Dale Neese of Greenville.
She was preceded in death by her parents and one sister, Mary Lou Neese.
Visitation will be from 10 am until funeral service at 11 am on Saturday, June 1, 2013 at Elias, Kallal and Schaaf Funeral Home in Godfrey, IL with Pastor Bruce Neese officiating.
Burial will follow at Valhalla Memorial Park in Godfrey.
