Paul Dale Baldwin, 77, of Medora, IL, formerly of Alton, died at 1:30 a.m. Tues. July 28, 2015 at Christian Hospital Northeast in Florissant, MO.
He was born July 20, 1938 in Alton, IL to the late Edna Berniece (Jacobs) Hausman and William Vern Baldwin.
Mr. Baldwin had worked at the Harley Davidson Shop in Alton in his younger years and later retired from Laborers Local 218 after 40 years of service. He enjoyed painting and working on motorcycles and old cars.
He and Dixie Ann Delp were married in Alton in 1957 and she survives in Medora.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by: 4 daughters, Tambre (Jeffrey) Miller of Medora, Rhonda (Paul) Norton of White Bluff, TN, Deanne (Dale) Meyers of Portage De Sioux, MO and Debbie (Scott) Kelly of Roxana, IL, 2 sons, Allen Baldwin of Overland, MO and Mark (Jenny) Baldwin of Godfrey, IL, 11 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by 2 brothers and a sister.
Visitation will be from 10:00 a.m. until time of services at Noon Thurs. July 30, 2015 at Paynic Home for Funerals. Burial will follow at Valhalla Memorial Park in Godfrey.
