Elizabeth “Pat” Crammond, age 91 passed away peacefully at 10:25 on July 22, 2015 at her home surrounded by her family. She was born in Peoria IL, on December 25, 1923 the daughter of the late Frank and Anna (Kunz) Patroff.
She married Robert J. Crammond on November 23, 1942 in Peoria and he proceeded her in death on June 6, 1990. She was a member of St. Ambrose Catholic Church in Godfrey. Pat was an avid bridge player and a member of the Greater Alton Women’s Golf League and the highlight of her golfing career was a hole in one. Surviving are two daughters, Laurie Fitzwater (Ron) of Downs, IL , Jennifer Gentry (Rick), three sons, Tom Crammond (Jan), Dr. Randall Crammond (Lynn), Mark Crammond (Barbara), eleven grandchildren, Samantha Foster, Rachel Catanzaro, Cliff Rain, Christopher Crammond, Michael Crammond, Sara Crammond, Ann Pulido, Joey Fitzwater, Jennifer Williams, Alexa Gentry, Austin Gentry. Seven great grandchildren, Mikaela Foster, Benjamin Catanzaro, Noah Catanzaro, Gianna Pulido, Lucia Pulido, Carissa Williams, Ryan Williams. She is also survived by her “adopted” daughter, Tammy Forsythe. She was also proceeded in death by a daughter Kathie Rain, two brothers, John Patroff and Frank Patroff, four sisters Mary Wells, Rosemary Ricketts, Ann Bugert, Tilly Mulally, a grandson Timothy James Crammond and great grandson Michael Alexander Pulido.
Visitation will begin at 9:30 a.m. on Saturday July 25 at St. Ambrose Catholic Church in Godfrey followed by funeral Mass at 10:30 with Fr. Steve Pohlman officiating. Memorials may be given to St. Ambrose Catholic Church, 5A’s and BJC Hospice.
