Nancy Darlene Hamilton, 66, died at 2:47 p.m. Wednesday, February 25, 2015 at St. Elizabeth’s Hospital in Belleville. Born January 13, 1949 in Alton, she was the daughter of the late James A. and Dorothy (Apple) Lee. She was a medical secretary for St. Anthony’s Hospital in Alton and a member of the Godfrey Baptist Church. On June 26, 2010 she married Carl Hamilton in Wood River. He survives.
Visitation will be from 9:00 a.m. until time of funeral service at 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, March 4, 2015 at Gent Funeral Home in Alton.
Reverend Dr. Glen Greenwood will officiate. Burial will be at Park Lawn Cemetery in Barry, IL.
