The Alton YWCA is hoping to address the needs of an ever-growing Hispanic population in the area, and is seeking area residents who are fluent in Spanish to come on board with a new program. A racial justice center is being formed and they are looking for more diversity on their advisory committee to help identify and address concerns.

Executive Director Andrea Lamer says the Hispanic population is currently under-served in this area.
