The widow of an Illinois State Trooper killed on I-55 is suing the truck driver who hit her husband, and the company he worked for.  Sarah Deatherage filed a wrongful death lawsuit yesterday, claiming Johnny Felton should've never been behind the wheel because of a dangerous medical condition.  Felton passed out just before he struck and killed Kyle Deatherage on November 26th.  Deatherage was conducting a traffic stop near Litchfield.  Felton was driving for DOT Foods and DOT Transportation that day.
