The Macoupin County Sheriff’s Office continues to seek the public's help in solving a murder in Woodburn nearly a year-and-a-half ago.  34-year-old Cody Adams was killed at a home in the 3,000 block of Edwardsville Street on New Year's Day 2015 by what witnesses describe as a masked intruder.  Police have yet to make an arrest in the case.

Early on, one witness described a dark colored full sized pickup truck in the area the morning of the murder that had never been seen in the area before.  Macoupin County Sheriff Shawn Kahl tells The Big Z they continually meet to try and break the case.
