Steward says they expect to have the dog on the streets in early October.  Bruno will specialize in tracking and drug detection.  Steward says the city is in the process of getting their eight new squad cars ready for service.  The current vehicles are being stripped of their equipment and that equipment is being installed in the new ones.  He says six of the eight have been done.
